Takealot poor service

I ordered a product from Takealot’s website. I received a wrong product. 1. The complaints phoneline assistance was extrrmely bad; They blamed the supplier They refuse to let me speak to the CEO. They could not give me the reference number of the conversation although they acknowledged that it is recorded. They refuse to pay me interest on my outstanding money now for 3 weeks even without any product I received. The complaints email adress that appears on internet is not active anymore.
