Takealot poor service

I bought two items from takealot and the delivered the good damaged.I did call them to come and collect the items and exchange them. They mixed it up buy taking two items back and only showing one item taken back to them.so i asked them for a refund, but after a week they brought me one item not two and the delivery guy said there is only one itme that was collected from them so they are just giving one item back.still waiting for them to sort the problem and to refund me for two items.
