Takealot Poor Service 😡😡😡

My Name is Keneilwe, am writing this complaint am fuming am so unhappy about the service from you guys I ordered 3 boxes of pots from Takealot on the 25th of October however I didn't like the pots and I open 1 box to see what is it inside.

I decided to return the order the warehouse has the order but why now I've been sending pillar to post regarding my refund they busy telling me they waiting for the warehouse to confirm if it was received ever since then in October they cant saying we should credit on the other hand you can't refund money am so ****ed with this stinky service of yours I WANT MY R1500 Back.
