Takealot poor service

I returned 2 items 2 weeks ago and was only refunded for 1. They've been investigating for 2 weeks where the 2nd item is but the driver who collected took pictures of the 2 items he collected. Why must I wait for them to find items when the driver took 2 items from me. I'm waiting for 2 weeks already
