Takealot poor service

This product arrived damaged and unusable. Bought a potjiepot no. 4 and it arrived damaged and unusable. Returned it and now between Takealot delivery/collection drivers and the warehouse they have lost the product and I'm still awaiting my refund two weeks later. Promises are constantly being made to resolve, but i am yet to receive any feedback or my refund. Terribly disappointed in the service!!
