Takealot - Poor service

I ordered a playpen for my grandson, but the incorrect product was delivered. May I add this is not the first time happening. I scheduled a return and Takealot collected on 08 Aug 2023 After numerous emails and phone calls I am still awaiting my status to be updated and my money to be refunded, but still to no avail. This is pathetic service, and I don't think I will support Takealot again.
