#Takealot poor service

I placed an order with takealot and made a payment via Pay fast - money was deducted from my account, takealot cancelled my order due to a delay in payment via payfast. To date I have logged 11 requests to credit my account without success. Their accounts department is of no support...poor ...very poor!!!!!!!
