Takealot poor seivce

I've been buying from takealot for a while with no problems but the min I cancel a order its like nobody knows they job I canceled it straight after I ordered the item then I get told it's to late I must wait for the first msgs that evening I got a SMS so I phoned immediately to cancel then the next morning I get a SMS to say my parcel is out for delivery so I phoned them again and I hear the famous words we will escalate it a few hours later the driver pitchs up with the order and I tell him I canceled already 3 time he looked more confused then anything else cause he had given one of my gaurds the parcel I marked it as delivered so I forced him to take it back then that evening I get a email about did I receive my order so I phoned again and then I get told but it shows delivered so I had to explain from the start then I get the same famous words we will escalate it then this morning i phoned to find out what's happening with the refund and yet still I get told its Been delivered yesterday and so I explain from the start and the guy i spoke says he must escalate it to the couriers to find out where's the parcel like really I so much airtime which nobody is gonna give back and people that can't do they jobs must go home rather I'm getting really frustrated with the sad service
