Takealot poor returns and shipping department

I returned an items on the 29the of December 2023. I made an error and Takealot rejected my return. I was told that the item will be shipped back to me. Nothing has been done by Takealot.

I have sent multiple emails but they keep on saying that the have not received feedback from the shipping department.

Am very disappointed with this regard that it’s been 3 weeks with me waiting for the incorrect item to be shipped or for me to be told where to pick it. The same speed that Takealot takes to deliver should be the same to deal with other challenges in our trading with them.
