takealot, poor return service and assesment.

I purchased an office chair, as I required one with a high weight capacity. Found one and bought it, the weight capacity is 200 kg. Had the chair for a short time. Then the arm rest support that also holds the back rest as well broke. I sent it back to Takealot. Their assesment was user error. How the hell can a support that should be designed to support the weight breaks and it is user error? I am dumb founded at this as*****t!!!
