Takealot poor quality product and poor customer service

Ordered a necklace for my daughter's 8th birthday. Her first necklace BTW. It just snapped. I tried to fix it as she was very disappointed.

Had to returned the necklace as it kept breaking. Very poor quality. Takealot wants to return the necklace to me. Very surprised at their service especially since the product is of such poor quality.
