Takealot Poor Pathetic Customer Service

I ordered a few items for my wife and kids first of all the shipment was delayed twice, then one item was out of stock after the order was accepted on the takealot side, eventually I received the items, I wrapped them immediately as I did not want open any of the items from its original packaging, Christmas morning one two of the items were found to be second hand/used as the evidence is as clear as day, one items didn't even work after using it once, the other item came in a set and had a huge crack on one of the piece, they are refusing to replace the items which came in a set, this is unacceptable! I am a paying customer, and I was under the impression that I am PAYING for NEW ITEMS, I will never purchase anything from these people again, I am not accepting this bull**** service, and will take this matter further
