Takealot poor delivery service

Takealot used a 3rd party courier company to deliver my goods to my residence . The courier arrived at my residence with my parcel . She gave my parcel to a stranger walking into the complex . When I received my parcel from a different person in the complex it was a totally different item in the box and the address label had been tampered with . PEOPLE LIVING IN COMPLEXES PLEASE BE AWARE AS OTHER TENANTS IN THE COMPLEX ARE SIGNING FOR PARCELS THAT DO NOT BELONG TO THEM .
