Takealot poor delivery service

dissassapointed by take alot delivery guy, he called early in the morning were i shared the location, after 30min i called him he said he is at brandwag, i told him i have to go somewhere, he said i should wait, i waited until 09:27 when i missed his watsap call imagine, i called him and he said i will get my order on monday he returned the order to the warehouse. i dnt want takealot delivery anymore better to collect.. i am dissatisfied by this guy +***7 if he knew he was not suppossed to call me. #*** takealot no proper complain department
