Takealot poor delivery service

I bought a notebook when the Bkack Friday sale started. The add says deliver within 2 days local and 5 days outskirts. On the 7th day I send my cousin to Takealot in Midrand to enquire about the delivery as the tracking online shows delivery delayed. They claimed they came to address indicated as per request but couldn't find me. This I say is a lie as my place of work everybody knows me also no call was made to me to say they trying to contact me. On the 7th I was promised delivery same day. I even called to confirm. On the 8th I got a message to say delivery is with courier and will be delivered before 5pm. Still nothing
