Takealot poor deliveries and responses.

I am waiting 24 hours for my kids printer to arrive since yesterday 23 April 2020. Tracking shows driver left depot at 12: 42 23 April and my package has still not arrived. My brother received his package at 9am and only stays 8 minutes away(6km). All responses from Takealot on social media are same.Hi there. We apologize for the delay in your delivery. "We have reached out to our courier team to find out when your order will be delivered. We will revert back to you once we have received any feedback." yet nobody has contacted me.
