TAKEALOT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi my name is Hendrik Marais I recently bought a item from them and when the package arrived the box was damaged and some parts was missing so i returned it for a new item but instead they just returned the same damaged box and the missing parts this is really **** poor customer service and i am really disappointed
