Takealot poor customer service!

Order #*** Ordered 2 Feb 2026 Paid 2 Feb 2026 I am very disappointed that my order that was in stock that should have been delivered today was not and takealot did not communicate anything to me. They are slipping on their customer service because they becoming greedy now. They need to provide rewards token of thanks for being unprofessional with their customers. I am very disappointed with takealot they know better!
