TAKEALOT Poor customer service and money not credited for refund

I am seriously disappointed in Takealot. I have have 3 orders canceled, I have been messed around for a week, delivery times moved out, they cancel the wrong orders without my permission, and now my account is missing R871 of R1260 in credit to refund, I have mailed and mailed and called all the numbers, but I HAVE HAD NO Help and no response. I want my money refunded!!! Poor feedback and customer service have the mighty Takelot grown so much that they now don't give a damn about the customers who have supported them from day one?? When I really needed good service I got the worst.
