Takealot poor customer service

I'm a little taken aback by their incompetence. My wife ordered a phone (Nubia Neo 2 5g Storm gray) for me. After a week and some change, it arrived (12 March 2025). I get home from work and open the package, instead of the phone we ordered, there is another phone (Nubia Music) with a label tag of the Nubia Neo 2 5g. We immediately report it on the app and allegedly a driver would pick it up the next day (13 March 2025) before 5pm for return. Sadly no one has called or collected the package as of yet. So at my inconvenience, wrong product and no one has picked it up as yet. Thanks guys...
