Takealot - poor customer service

Ordered an expensive item on Takealot, less than 2 days later this same item was reduced with R4000 on special for 5 days. Contacted them as it seems really unfair to pay R4000 more just a day before with no indication that there will be a reduced price. Takealot is not willing to accommodate me in any way.
