Takealot ~ poor customer service

Payment and Delivery service sucks. Driver called and said he was on his way to make the delivery. I said I was 400 meters away from the delivery address (400 meters not 400 kilometers) and they he should wait. I arrived home and they were nowhere to be seen. I called him again and asked where he was. He said he was two minutes away. I waited 10 minutes in the rain and he never pitched so went inside.

I called him again and he said he called but my phone went to voice mail..... Eh....Sorry, I don't have voice mail on my mobile account.

But I do have an intercom system.... It does work and has battery backup regardless of if cityPowere ois on or not. Did you BOTHER to get out of the vehicle and use it? Response was he did not see it! .... Did not see it? Perhaps you should not be driving until you have your eyes seen too.

I'm done with takelot. Poor service and not the cheapest anyway.. so why bother if you have to put up with their poor service anyway.
