Takealot poor customer satisfaction and service

Takealot gets they pricing wrong and makes it my problem. If I purchased the order you deliever as promise. Same applies in any store you physically go to, whatever is advertised you get it for that price. It's not my PROBLEM YOUR IT department can't get pricing right. You need to take it up with your department not me. Absolute bullocks and you giving me credit back. I don't want anything to do with takealot again definitely lost my support. It's not like your service is very good, numerous times items come used or in poor condition. You did absolute nothing compensate me and made the entire purchase my problem. I think that was my que to start supporting Amazon. Poor and shocked. Please refund me my money directly I don't need credit to support yourl again.
