Takealot Poor Communication

I had a order scheduled for delivery and waited until 5 pm with no further communication until I called and they canceled the delivery due to no payment but they didn't even pitch to collect the money. I then called and they promised the driver would be here the same day. It's now almost 6pm and still no one has delivered and no one has updated me. Disappointed and disgusting service.
