Takealot poor cancellation policy

The way that takealot deals with these situations is unsatisfactory to the customer and works for them alone. No one at takealot has the authority to help the customer because of their "system." When they want to change delivery dates and reschedule or cancel, they can do it at will without customer consent but when requested by the customer there is red tape and it is a problem all of a sudden. Too little competition is the problem I guess.
