Takealot Polokwane- terrible service

What poor service Takealot Polokwane has to offer. The lady at the Reception is extremely rude. She does not want to help people that do not have the same skin colour as her (can you believe that we have to deal with ****** in 2025 STILL). She left the reception unattended for at least 15 minutes while I was there. I asked to speak to the manager to assist me where I just got a response that he is “out”. I wish I worked at Takealot so that I can just go “out” at 10:30 on any given day.

I asked her what her name was after standing there for 3 HOURS with NO HELP! Only for me to find out- when the manager finally arrived, that the lady at the reception gave me the wrong name. So not only am I (the client) not entitled to BASIC SERVICE, but I’m not allowed to know who I’m dealing with.

Needless to say, I had to wait 3 hours for service, while pregnant, and with a 3 year old who didn’t understand why this lady didn’t want to help us or give us answers.

I will never support Takealot Polokwane again. Never in my life have I gotten poor service like this.
