Takealot policy is bad

I am a old customer of takealot i always support them.

I order products on takealot but certain items went half place. So i canceled my order, now they suspended my cash on delivery service for 30 days because i canceled my order. I wanted to replace the order with the cheaper good and they took the cod away i am not impressed with their service.

Also they have a few items thats are duplicates and they change the prices to more.

Before you buy on takealot do a price check because they are not as cheap as they use.
