TAKEALOT & POLAROID WATCH WORST SERVICE!

I have never Experience such bad service from Takealot and use to love shopping with them.

But after this. NO Thank you!

THE POLAROID PA58 Fitness Watch - NOT GOOD.

I bought the Polaroid watch twice now from Takealot and both times it stops charging after a few months. I returned my watch within the warranty period 1 April 2022. The return was concluded 11 April 2022 and my account was credited. on 19 April 2022 the credit was corrected again . Takealot then returned a totally different watch to me . Not addressed to me and not the watch I returned. I then enquired why a different watch was returned to me and why my credit is now corrected and not showing in my account. They then advised that they will collect the wrong watch sent to me and inquire on what is going on. It is now 2 months later and they are still investigating the situation.

WORST SERVICE EVER.
