Takealot pointing the finger all the time.

What a disappointment, sent my phone to be repaired under warranty, they picked it up on the 12th of January, it was "delivered" to the supplier on the 15th January, I then get told it will take 21 business days. It's been 27 business days and they still actually have no idea where my device is. The lack of accountability from Takealot is ridiculous, always passing the buck to the supplier or the courier. This has now cost me more money as I had to purchase another device in the meantime. I would like a refund now as this is just a waste of my time, my device is gone and they need to refund me or replace it.
