Takealot please train your drivers better

I've been ordering from Takealot for years but had the worst experience today with a MrD driver, delivering one of my parcels. I noticed him circling on his motorcycle outside of my house via the security cameras but was not sure if he was there to deliver a parcel for me since I was not able to identify him. He hooted a couple of times and when I came out, he sped off. He then phoned me about an hour later stating that he was knocking but no one answered - not knowing I have been observing him on the cameras for the entire time. He arrived 10 minutes after our conversation and proceeded to throw my parcel through the door instead of placing it on the ground as I asked him to. Luckily the items are not fragile but it was expensive and I would have hoped that you would train your drivers to treat customer parcels with care - really disgusted with this level of service.
