Takealot please refund me.

I have bought items like generator and other things. Takealot failed me they did not deliver what I bought since 04 /06/2022 till this day my order was not delivered the said the delivery date would be the 22nd they even pushed the day further to the 24th /06/2022. Can I be refunded please.
