Takealot Pineslopes cashiers are rude

Can someone please teach the takealot cashiers at the Pineslopes pick up point some manners because I’ve had the most disgusting experience,I even took his name down.I went to pick up my parcel and opened it,immediately it was the wrong item and the item I had ordered was non returnable,This guys attitude was disgusting,And instead of waiting for me to explain the issue he just showed me the number at the door and said ‘call that’
