Takealot, Pietermaritzburg Pick up point

I have no hassle with Takealot, I purchase all the time and I pick up from the Pick up point at campsdrift in Pietermaritzburg. Yesterday I collected my order and I was standing outside for almost 10 mins pressing the bell and knocking on the door but no one came. I then went to the window where the warehouse is because there was a lot of noise so I tapped on the window for their attention, A lady screamed that there is someone at the door before the person opened the door for me the warehouse door opened and out came the Owner of this pick up point( His name is Dillion according to his employee). He screams at me arrogantly telling me that I should use the bell because its infront of my face, I then told him that I did many times and that I even knocked on the door incase the bell was not working. He shouted again saying don`t damn bang my window of my business press the ****** bell. I said I did and its not my fault that you guys are making a racket inside there that you cannot hear your customer. He slammed the door on me and went inside. I then asked the person helping me for his name and he said it was Dillion and He was the owner of takealot which he wishes but he probably owns this franchise only. His name a Dillion and he is absolutely rude to his customers. After yesterdays episode I will never recommend that pick up point to anyone, There is no need for you to be rude, I am the customer and I will rate that Pick up point 0 for your pathetic attitude, arrogance and the way you treat your customers. I don`t know what you teach your employees but where I work, our bosses will never behave that way infront of their Staff. Absolutely terrible!
