Takealot Pickup Point Midrand (Big Bird Petroport, N1 Bridge Southbound) WORST SERVICE UNDER THE SUN!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I could give no stars. I went to "collect" my order at the Takealot Pickup Point Midrand (Big Bird Petroport, N1 Bridge Southbound) today. I waited more than 50 minutes before someone took initiative to go check where my parcel is. They just looked at me while helping all the new people who came in after me. Eventually one of the merchants went upstairs to "double check" He then came down again and said that his manager is on the way. I already knew they were going to have a bull**** excuse after making me wait a hour. The "manager" who came down was wearing a fishing style takealot cap looking more like a van assistant told me that there is problem and that they cannot locate my parcel. This was after I waited 50min without anyone saying anything. I then kept on insisting that this manager give me the number of the person he reports to, he kept on changing the subject and purely refused to give me the number of his Higher up. He then asked for my address so he can deliver the order the next day. Frustrated beyond explanation I wrote down my delivery address because I noticed that he is useless and that it will just make everything worse to keep on arguing with him about my parcel. This took place on 2024/09/09 BETWEEN 16:30 and 17:30 Go check your cameras. I have no words to describe how pathetic your service is. It is a disgrace to wait for 50 minutes without anyone explaining anything. I wish took a video so everyone can see how careless your employees are. I refuse to use your service any longer you can politely go F#Ck yourselves if this is how you treat customers who has already paid and that has been notified to "collect" their items.
