Takealot Pickup is a Mess

I ordered some items from you takealot online, I've used their service before and had no issues, unfortunately with this order it was a different story. I collected my goods, but discovered instead of 3 lamps I only got 2, my fitness gloves I ordered XL and received a L. Only 1 item was correct. The problem come when you want to query the issue the collection depot takes no responsibility for the issue, they just shift the problem to head office. The manager at woodstock depot takes no responsibility. Trying to call the takealot call centers is another nightmare, they couldn't find the return code, which I had to do on my app. The takealot service is highly questionable for such a huge online store. I'm still waiting on customer service to sort out this mess.
