Takealot picking/packaging errors

Created 2x separate orders of Clearline surge protectors @ R588 each. Both orders did arrive but each was missing 1 unit, so they owed us 2 units. Contacted them and they admit on order 1 (*** )that it was picking error and was credited R588. Contacted them on order 2 (***), no reply. Contacted them again on order 2 and what do they do, take the refund on order 1 (*** ) and use it on order 2 (***).
