Takealot pick-up points and delivery services such a disappointment

I was so excited about the new Takealot Pick-Up station near me and was really disappointed. I placed an order and due to communication problems on their side I received a late email and SMS that I could pick up my order. The day after receiving the SMS I got another message saying the order has been cancelled and returned. I went to the pick-up point to ask what was going on and they apologised and explained something about a double order and miscommunication. They will re-order it for me. Had to phone in again to hear what was going on and then they told me sorry they are out of stock... I did a lot of research and specifically wanted that product and not a replacement product. Had to cancel the order and asked for a refund. I will definitely never use the pick-up service again and will think twice about buying through takealot again.
