Takealot Pick up point Secunda

Very disappointed with the service at the Takealot Pick up point in Secunda. There was absolutely no assistance at the front desk, and we stood waiting for more than 15 minutes with no one available to help.

When we eventually asked for assistance, the staff member had a very poor attitude and was quite rude. Customer service should be a priority, especially at a collection point where clients expect quick and efficient help. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional.
