Went to pick up what I bought due to being notified via email. I get there and they tell me it arrived on the 24/01/22 . Today the 28/01/22 get there scan for my item they take half an hour. Manageress comes to tell me they don't know where it is(****** perhaps). The issue is I don't have what I bought, no issue from the company I bought it from on takealot.com, the issue I have is that my item has been ******(they can't account for it) but tell me It did arrive by them(pick up point/warehouse) on the 24th Jan. Apparently they made a note of it and were supposed to email me and the company that sold the item. I have received nothing so far. Some advice would be appreciated if anyone has gone through this.
