Takealot pfffffft

From the 22st of December till the 6th of January, an order that was cancelled an hour after being placed. No refund and reason for it is they are STILL waiting for the stock to be returned to their warehouse before they can do the refund. Wow, how efficient are they? Really Takealot? no wonder you guys are sitting with a stack of negative reviews! Stop the lies and excuses and just refund me my money!
