Takealot performance deteriorating constantly

Takealot has gone backwards over the last year or two, following in the footsteps of most local companies in South Africa. Deliveries are longer than ever, they deliver incorrect products, without notifying you. They also cancel orders more than a week after the order was accepted. I do not have much trust in them anymore. It is unfortunate that they do not have much competition in our county, as we are stuck with poor service for a company that holds a monopoly once again....
