Takealot people just being AWESOME

So on 6 July 2018 at around 11:30 I went to pick up a TV set I ordered online from Takealot. When I got there, I told the lady who was behind the counter that I was taking the TV across the border and needed a invoice showing the VAT. The cell phone app does not show the VAT on the invoices. The issue had to be escalated to the finance department and I was told chances are I would only hear back within 24 hours. I then was about to climb into my car and leave for Namibia when she ran out of the building to come and call me to tell me all was sorted.

From the moment I walked up to the counter she was helpful and kept being really positive while trying to solve my problem and she and her manager really went out of their way to make sure I was helped.

TAKEALOT, my order number I collected was ********** 1, so please check on your system who helped me (I didn't catch the name) and please thank her and her manager again for being AWESOME!
