Takealot peddle poor quality products and then take no responsibility for their failure!!

Absolutely terrible customer service! I bought a tom tom tracker for my wife (R699) in July 2018, in December 2018 the wrist strap tore apart (Terrible build quality), i immediately ordered a replacement for R350 , worked fine for a couple weeks, until my wife's tracker unit FELL OUT of the wrist band strap and has now gone missing. Called takealot customer service to tell them that the original product i bought from them is now lost because of the replacement wrist band i bought FROM THEM and they tell me its not their problem. In Essence, i have spent over R1000 for these products of which one i don't have anymore and the other rendered completely useless. I have been buying from takealot for over 6 years and never had an issue, i was a loyal customer who would always recommend other people to try using your services, and now, i'm going to tell them what terrible quality products you guys sell!! USELESS customer service, the manager who told the consultant they cant help me didn't even have the decency to explain the repudiation to me himself.
