Takealot payment disaster

Takealot has offered a Nedbank loan as a payment method on their site. This seems convenient and easy which it was, a couple of minutes and it was all approved and done. Which seemed to be an ingenious payment method etc has led to hours of trouble. I have had to stand in queues at banks etc to get statements and to try find out where the payment has gone. My order has been cancelled in the meantime and i have been given confirmation that i will start paying for the loan. I now have a loan but with no goods. This is completely ridiculous, both Nedbank and Takealot are pointing fingers at each other and expecting me to try and get statements and prove that one party has fulfilled it’s obligation to the other.
