Takealot , Payalot recieve NOTHING!

I'm very disappointed in Takealot delivery service. The problem is that there are way to many deliveries and too little drivers. I was told I would receive my order yesterday before 17:00. I called them 07:00 last night to find out what happened and where the order is. The consultant told me that he is still busy delivering orders and will be by me around 19:30 PM ! I told him that is not possible as I gave my work address for the delivery drop off. I mean hello, they said delivery before 17:00 right? So he tells me he will reschedule it to today, early in the morning but no later than 15:00. It is now 13:24 and I'm still waiting. I honestly don't think that there is a high chance the driver will come today. I paid over R2000 for my goods and I'm being told the whole time . The driver is near, he will be by you in 15 minutes or he still has many other deliveries. I have never received such poor service from other online stores. Now I'm even thinking it is better to get my money back, but from the other reviews. Takealot does not believe in being ethical!
