Takealot pathetoc service. Low low low rating

Very very bad experience with takealot. Ordered an air rarchet and was deliverex to whom knows. The received party was not me. I am still waiting for feedback since 3 days ago. They are quickly to take your money but no item received. I am fed up with takealot and their excuses. Either you deliver or i want my money back for an item i still dont have. After alot of emails back and forth nothing came of it. All they say is please be patient till we resolved the matter. I am tired of all your excuses. I will take this matter further. I would also NOT recommend Takealot for online shopping. Not at all. They have pathetic service and dont do anything to get your parcel you paid for. Be careful where you shop people.
