Takealot Pathetic/Stupid Customer Service

Pathetic customer service. We bought a Mecer Inverter from them. Four months later it is not working as it is suppose to do. Battery very quickly depleted. Removed inverter handles to put it back in the original box, as we received it this way and the only way to get it back in box. Now Takealot not even considering the return, let alone sending it to Mustek for evaluation, because it was tampered with, because we removed the handles from the inverter. They keep on sending photo of holes where the handles were removed, stating it was tampered with. Their service department just can't grasp the concept that it was the way we received it and the only way we could return it. Everyday someone else answering our mail with the same stupid reply. They just can grasp the concept.
