Takealot pathetic services

Okay, so I have been very patient up until now, but I am now seriously gatvol!!! I have received a product that I bought on 10 January 2022, it did not meet my requirement and I have logged a Return (Refund) and delivered the product to the pick-up point on 11 January 2022. Since then I have received an email to say that the Return Request has been canceled, then another email to say I have to deliver it to the pick-up point??? I have called a number of times with the same outcome every time, it is at the warehouse, they will follow up, but nothing happens. It is now 26 Jan 2021 and nothing. What is going on, pathetic service!!!!!
