TAKEALOT PATHETIC SERVICE

On the 29th of November i placed two orders , one for a cooler cube and smart bracelet and the second was for 2 cooler cubes and a s******. Today i received my order containing the 2 cubes and s****** at the incorrect address which i had rectified with takealot on the day of placing my order!!!

I then recieved my smart bracelet but no answer regarding my cooler cube.

I lodged complaints we got a call 3 hours later from Sharafaa Daniels who said she would get back to us regarding the cube. It is now 4 hours later and still no word. After calling their call centers delivery department 6 times and sitting on hold each time to no answer i eventually called their other complaints department who could give me absolutely no answer at all regarding my missing items. All i was told is that the delivery would be rescheduled and its FedExs fault that i haven't recieved my parcels...

This service is absolutely pathetic and i will definitely not be using this site ever again. It is full of empty promises. I trust i will hear from you soon as i have STILL not received any feedback nor have i received my parcel.
