Takealot pathetic service: Avoid them if you can!

I ordered an Itel Vision 5 Combo deal from Takealot on 20 Sept 2023. The phone became faulty and I returned the phone combo. It was replaced on 6 November 2023. The phone had software issues again and I returned the phone combo on 27 December 2023. The phone would not accept any command or password. The return was declined because Takealot did not have the password. I provided the password (useless anyway because the phone would not accept any command or password) on three occasions by return e-mail. The phone was anyway returned to me on 30 December 2023 (stating that Takealot did not have the password) and with a request to log a return again and provide the password. I logged a return as suggested by Takealot and provided the password in the return request. I also inserted a note in the cell phone box with the password. To my amazement I received an email from Takelot on 13 January 2024 that the return was placed on hold because they do not have the password. Are these people just blind or ********? This is absolute nonsense. They have the password!
